Kitchen Cleaning

* Clean exterior surfaces of appliances
* Clean inside of microwave
* Wash and sanitize countertops and backsplash
* Polish sink faucet and hardware
* Vacuum and clean kitchen furniture
* Clean cabinet doors and handles
* Dust and wipe floating shelves
* Clean kitchen doors and interior windows

Bathroom Cleaning

* Clean shower walls (tile) and bathtub
* Clean and sanitize toilets (inside and outside)
* Polish sink faucet and hardware
* Wash and disinfect countertops
* Clean towel bars, handles, and racks
* Polish mirrors and glass surfaces
* Dust and wipe floating shelves
* Clean ceiling fans and exhaust vent covers


Bedroom / Other Cleaning

* Dust furniture, shelving, picture frames, and electronics
* Tidy rooms and make beds
* Vacuum and clean furniture, including underneath
* Dust and clean hallway light fixtures
* Vacuum hallway flooring
* Mop hardwood and hard-surface floors
* Clean home office areas (dusting and vacuuming)
* Collect trash and place in designated areas
* Dust shutters and window coverings (up to 10’ ceilings)
* Clean interior window frames

Livingroom Cleaning

* Dust furniture, picture frames, and electronics
* Vacuum and clean upholstered furniture
* Vacuum under accessible living room furniture
* Clean glass doors and interior glass surfaces

Deep / Move-out / Move-in Cleaning

Includes all Standard Cleaning services plus the following:

* Clean visible baseboards and window sills
* Clean hanging light fixtures (up to 10’ ceilings)
* Clean finished basement (floors, countertops, furniture vacuumed)
* Clean inside of microwave
* Clean additional open shelves and ledges
* Clean under-counter garbage and recycling areas
* Sweep front and back porches (weather permitting)
* Vacuum and mop walk-in closets and pantry areas
* Clean laundry room and mudroom (vacuum floors and clean countertops)
* Clean door frames

Services We Do Not Do

For safety and liability reasons, the following services are not provided:

* Cleaning of items or areas higher than 10 feet
* Full washing of walls and ceilings
* Removal of pests; cleaning of bodily fluids, chemical waste, excessive mold, or other biohazards
* Cleaning after fire or smoke damage, or areas heavily saturated with smoke odors (including cigarette, vaping, or cannabis smoke)
* Cleaning of exterior windows, patios, or garages
* Cleaning under heavy furniture or objects that require lifting or moving
